Privacy
Your settlement stays in your browser.
SellerClose's analyzer reads and calculates the file on your device. The settlement file is not sent to SellerClose and is not stored in a SellerClose database.
What the analyzer processes
The browser reads the file you select to categorize rows, compare their total with Amazon's declared payout, show warnings, and create a journal draft. Refreshing or closing the page clears that working state.
Safe diagnostics
If a file fails, you may choose to download a text diagnostic. It contains the filename, character count, detected delimiter, header-column count, and error message. It deliberately excludes transaction rows, order IDs, SKUs, and amounts. Review it before sharing because filenames can contain information you consider private.
Founding beta signup
If you join the founding beta, SellerClose collects the email address and optional note you submit. We use them to manage beta access, preserve your founding offer, respond to feedback, and send occasional product or launch updates. The signup form never includes your Amazon report, credentials, orders, SKUs, or transaction amounts.
Website infrastructure
The website host may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs. SellerClose does not need an Amazon login and does not connect to your Seller Central account.
Your choices
Keep original Amazon reports in your own secure records. Do not email a raw settlement to support. Send only the safe diagnostic unless support explicitly gives you another secure, agreed method.
